Husband, Wife Team Open Second BIGGBY COFFEE in Georgia

DACULA,
Georgia May 2, 2008 – Lansing Mich.-based coffee retailer BIGGBY COFFEE is
celebrating the opening of its second location in Georgia this weekend. The
store, located 1152 Auburn Street
in Suite 208
in Dacula, will open for business at 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 3 and offer free
brewed coffee all week long in celebration.
The
Dacula location of BIGGBY COFFEE is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through
Friday, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. It is the second franchise
for husband and wife team Glen and Amy Thompson. The couple’s other store is located at 2725 Hamilton Mill Road
in Buford.
“We’re
proud to open Georgia’s
second franchise in the Dacula community,” said franchisee Amy Thompson.“Our new location’s shopping center, Kid
Village, is a place where families can come together to have fun and the BIGGBY
culture is, in a large way, very connected to that kind of atmosphere.”
BIGGBY
COFFEE combines its signature coffee drinks with free wireless internet access and
plentiful soft seating—all standard options that will be part of the Dacula
store.
The
new store will bring nearly 20 new full and part-time jobs to Dacula.
