BEAN BASICS On the Road: S1 E2: Crazy Flower and Beyond Organic at El Recreo

A coffee plant in full flower is a beautiful thing. The big blooming season at our partner farm, the El Recreo Coffee Estate in Jinotega, Nicaragua, isn't due to happen until later in April and May. But a few well-timed showers last November, along with some strong sunshine, got the party started early for a few plants, just in time for our visit. BIGGBY COFFEE Co-CEO Bob Fish shows you the dogs teeth and the crazy flower, On The Road in Nicaragua!
