On our quest to source 50% of the beans BIGGBY Coffee buys directly from farmers, we get sent A LOT of samples from farmers doing right by their people, the planet and their communities. And that means that BIGGBY Co-CEO Bob Fish cups A LOT of single-origin coffees. Before we cup, though, we taste it. And the way we taste is with a pour over made with our Hario V60. So we thought we'd show you how we make the perfect pour over, as we take our first taste of Spirit Animal Coffee, a micro-lot grown sustainably in Honduras.
