We love our Moka Pot. Truly, it makes a delicious cup of rich, smooth cheater's espresso, and it works every time. The thing is, we don't use it that often. Mostly because it's kind of fussy, it doesn't fit easily on our gas burner, and first thing in the morning, we're in a hurry for our first cup. The fine folks at Bialetti must have heard our grousing, because they have developed a few accessories that make the Moka Pot that much easier to use. BIGGBY COFFEE Co-CEO Bob Fish shows you how.
