BIGGBY® BOUNCES INTO BERKLEY WITH A NEW STORE OPENING
A new BIGGBY® COFFEE location opens in Berkley, Mich.
EAST LANSING, MICH., May 5, 2014 – BIGGBY® COFFEE in Berkley, Mich. flings its doors open May 6, with a grand opening at 3600 West 12 Mile Rd. This is one of three stores opening in Michigan during the month of May.
The new location is managed by Edmond Metko. He has long been a fanatic of BIGGBY® and dreamt of the day he would own his own store.
“I wanted to know more about franchising, so I attended a Discovery Day. It was interesting to find out this is a Michigan based franchise. I was also fascinated with the process of bringing fresh coffee beans from far away lands into the BIGGBY® cup in all sorts of delicious flavors,” said Metko.
Metko is ecstatic about opening his store to the community. He cannot to see his customer’s smiling faces every morning as they enjoy their favorite cup of coffee.
“We are very excited to open a BIGGBY® store in Berkley. I love this community and people stop by every day asking when we are opening. They already love BIGGBY®COFFEE, so we're happy to give them the best coffee in the world,” said Metko.
Meet the new staff at the Berkley BIGGBY® COFFEE location, which will have free Wi-Fi, specialty lattes, smoothies and tea. Store hours will be Monday through Sunday 6a.m. – 9p.m.
