East Lansing, MI, January 10, 2018– In February of 2018, BIGGBY® COFFEE launched its Area Representative Program with the hopes of strengthening the BIGGBY® COFFE brand outside of Michigan, as well as developing an aggressive and steady approach to overall expansion. The idea is simple—look to the passionate, successful, community-centric Owner/Operators thriving in the current system and place them in out-of-state market places to spread BIGGBY® love. These Owner/Operators will then be able to use their skillsets to enthuse and inspire other BIGGBY® COFFEE fanatics to join our franchising community. “We realized it was important to have boots on the ground. People who are kicking ass and loving every minute of it. These are the people who inspire others and bring people together. The key to aggressively growing the BIGGBY® COFFEE brand lies in this group of passionate individuals,” explained Abby Bartshe, BIGGBY® COFFEE Franchise Sales Manager.
Right now, the Area Representative Program currently has 8 active representatives in 6 markets throughout the country. These individuals include Moe Charara who is overseeing the Cleveland, Ohio, market, Shanna Novosel who is in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio, Aaron Marley in Charleston, South Carolina, Randy Frank in Jacksonville, Florida, Lynette Gerard in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jim Goetz in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tom Belongia in Central Wisconsin, and Carrie Cousins in Central Kentucky.
Building the BIGGBY® COFFEE brand requires a passionate and highly motivated group of community-minded people. The Area Representatives act as the local support new franchise Owner/Operators need to be successful in a place that might not know how truly amazing BIGGBY® COFFEE is.
