BIGGBY COFFEE MAKES BRUNCH FUN WITH NEW LINEUP OF 'BRAGEL' SANDWICHES

EAST LANSING, Mich., Oct. 11, 2010 – It’s a sandwich, it’s a bagel, no – it’s a BRAGEL! As the temperatures plunge, Bragels are here to save the day by bringing lip-smacking warmth to the mouths of BIGGBY COFFEE patrons. Michigan’s leading coffee retailer has added the ultimate in-between meal to its everyday menu with the introduction of a made-to-order bagel sandwich suitably named the BIGGBY COFFEE Brunch Bragel.
BIGGBY COFFEE Brunch Bragels are made-to-order and come in three varieties, including Beef & Cheddar Asiago, Turkey Havarti and Ham & Cheese. The sandwiches have a suggested retail price between $2.99 and $3.29, and are available now at all BIGGBY COFFEE locations.
Because they are equal parts breakfast and lunch, BIGGBY COFFEE Brunch Bragels will pair perfectly with a gourmet coffee beverage.
“In a word, Bragels are awesome,” said Bob Fish, founder of BIGGBY COFFEE. “We’re not about to force a choice between breakfast and lunch. They are both excellent meals, so we’ve created the Bragel sandwich to offer customers both at once. Trust me; your belly is going to thank us.”
The new Brunch Bragels join BIGGBY COFFEE’s ever-evolving menu of delicious goodies and specialty baked goods, which includes cupcakes, cookies, assorted pastries, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, salads and sandwich wraps.
In addition to the new Bragel sandwiches, the popular Oatmeal Cranberry Mountain Barmakes a return to BIGGBY COFFEE’s menu this month with a suggested retail price of $2.39. Also, now that the fall season is in full swing, BIGGBY COFFEE’s seasonal favorites such as the Caramel Apple Cider and Pumpkin Spice Latte can be found at all BIGGBY COFFEE locations.
