1. Eligibility

The BIGGBY® COFFEE National Coffee Day $50,000 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only
to legal residents of the following states who are at least 16 years old at the time of entry:
Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, North
Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST on September 29, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM
EST on September 29, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the
Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, participants must either make
a purchase using a registered BIGGBY® card linked to a completed BIGGBY® account
at any participating BIGGBY® COFFEE location, claim a free 16oz brewed coffee using
the same card and account, or complete the form below. A BIGGBY® account is considered complete when it includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and enrollment in the BIGGBY® COFFEE E-Wards program.
No purchase is necessary if entering by filling out the form below.

4. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), and Odds of Winning

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes available in this Sweepstakes is
$50,000. The specific breakdown of prizes will be determined by the number of eligible
entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total
number of eligible entries received.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the
