LEADING MIDWEST COFFEE RETAILER, BIGGBY COFFEE ARRIVES IN ALLEN. Store owners can’t wait to bring the taste of BIGGBY to residents.
EAST LANSING, MI. January 12, 2015 – The fastest-growing coffee retailer in the Midwest brings its contagiously fun brand of gourmet coffee to Texans next month when BIGGBY COFFEE opened its doors at 945 W. Stacey Road in the city of Allen, Texas on January 13th.
The new store, located on the corner of Stacy Rd and Watters is ½ mile west of the Allen Outlet Mall and will be offering the signature Caramel Marvel, hot or iced, tall drink for 99 cents on opening day with additional drink offers throughout the week.
“We are very excited to bring the BIGGBY brand to North Texas and to make someone’s day every day” said Shelley Hrapkiewicz, owner of BIGGBY. “BIGGBY is a fun place with such delicious drinks that there is nothing better than giving someone a drink they haven’t tried before and getting a thumbs up and a big smile.”
It wasn’t long ago that BIGGBY COFFEE was a single gourmet coffee shop serving East Lansing, Mich. with the area’s most inviting café. Today, BIGGBY COFFEE has 238 stores open or under contract to open in nine states across the United States.
Steve and Shelley Hrapkiewicz wanted to bring BIGGBY to Texas. “Our love of BIGGBY and our impending move across the country lead us to become franchisees,” said Shelley. “We just couldn’t imagine a life without BIGGBY and figured if we couldn’t buy it where we were moving, then we would just have to bring it ourselves!”
BIGGBY COFFEE Allen will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. This is a family affair for the Hrapkiewicz’s as both Steve and Shelley and their son Jacob will run the store. The store features free Wi-Fi and the full menu of BIGGBY COFFEE gourmet favorites which include lattes, creme freeze smoothies, tea lattes and other amazing drinks.
“We can’t wait to get out in the community as we are very impressed with the city of Allen and all of its residents and friends we have met since starting our venture,” Shelly said. “Our family can’t wait to partner and help community schools and organizations with fundraising. But more importantly we can’t wait to meet our new “regulars” who will come into the store and we can get to know.”
