William and Angie Briggs are the owners of BIGGBY COFFEE, which will open Tuesday at 2560 Tiffin Ave. in Findlay, offering a full menu of gourmet coffees, teas and frozen drinks, which can be found online at www.biggbycoffee.com. The shop also will offer a daily selection of cookies and pastries, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, bagel sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The coffee shop will offer free brewed coffee the first week it is open, from Tuesday through Sunday. Regular store hours will be 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. The shop features free Wi-Fi connections and a drive-through window.
